Grilled Tenderloin

Cut the tenderloin into thick slices.

Use a knife to loosen the tenderloin on both sides.

Add cooking wine and a little salt, and mix lightly to remove the fishy smell.

Then add the barbecue sauce, gently grasp it, and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Heat up an electric baking pan and add the marinated tenderloin.

Heat up and down for 2 minutes.
7.
Turn it over and fry again.
8.
Fry until the tenderloin is cooked thoroughly, then it can be served on a plate.
Tips:
Fry them well, and don't fry them too much.
