Grilled Tofu with Mushroom

Prepare ingredients: tofu, oyster mushroom, green garlic, chives

Wash oyster mushrooms and tear into small pieces, cut tofu into pieces, finely chop green onions and green garlic

After the water is boiled, add the tofu, add some salt, push it evenly with a spatula, cover the pot, and cook for about 5 minutes on medium-low heat.

Tips:
In the process of frying, tofu must be pushed gently, not stir-fried, so as not to fry the tofu.
