Grilled Vegetables with Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients, 300 grams of small green vegetables and 20 grams of shiitake mushrooms.

Wash the mushrooms with clean water in advance, and then soak them in warm water.

Take a pot, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add a little salt and oil, put the cleaned small green vegetables into the pot, and blanch the water.

Tips:
