Grilled wings can be said to be a favorite for everyone of all ages. This lemon abalone sauce grilled wings is a new way to eat grilled wings. The fresh lemon and the fragrant abalone sauce penetrate into the chicken wings, and the roast is tender. Tender, especially suitable for this summer.

Grilled Wings with Lemon Abalone Sauce

1. Wash chicken wings and drain.

2. Marinate the chicken wings with abalone sauce, salt and lemon for more than 4 hours.

3. Peel and cut potatoes, wash off the starch, and shred the onion.

4. Add salt and pepper powder and cooking oil to the potatoes and mix them evenly into the baking tray.

5. Add the marinated chicken wings and onions.

6. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 40 minutes.

7. It tastes best when roasted and served hot.

Tips:

Time allows the chicken wings to be marinated overnight to taste better.
