I basically haven’t eaten sweet peppers before going abroad. After I came out, I found that the supermarkets had all kinds of sweet peppers, not spicy.

The bell peppers here are bought in a big pack. I only buy them occasionally as a side dish. It’s a headache if I can't consume them in a small amount. Later, I just made it into a sauce.

The sweet pepper sauce is used as a sauce, as a barbecue marinade for pork chop steak, and pasta. The color is very gorgeous, the coloring effect is good, and it is not afraid of high temperatures.

PO is a grilled chicken wings with sweet pepper sauce. Chicken wings are really versatile.

[Homemade roasted sweet pepper sauce]: 3 red sweet peppers, 1 purple onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, 50ML of cold water, salt [roasted chicken wings] 5 of the wings + 5 roots Pieces, 1/2 cup homemade roasted sweet pepper sauce, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 2/3 teaspoon fine salt, 1/3 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon golden syrup, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, freshly ground coarse black 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Ingredients

Grilled Wings with Tomato Sweet Pepper Sauce

1. Prepare roasted sweet pepper sauce: Wash 3 red peppers and put them into the oven to roast at 180 degrees Celsius until the surface is brown. I have not calculated the specific time. The whole is soft and roasted and the surface is colored. Of course, the temperature of the oven is also adjustable

2. Roasted sweet peppers can easily tear off the skin, tear off the skin, remove the stalk, and don’t remove the seeds.

3. Peel the garlic and purple onion and cut into small pieces, add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil to the pot and heat up, add garlic and chives and stir-fry on medium heat

4. Stir-fry until the onion becomes soft, add the sweet pepper naan prepared in step 2 and stir-fry, and then take it out of the pan

5. Pour all the ingredients fried in step 4 into a blender, add 50ml of cold boiling water and beat well (my machine will not beat without water)
Just add salt to taste. If you don’t use it temporarily, you can put it in a clean bottle and keep it tightly sealed. This sauce can be used for many things

6. Make grilled wings: wash the chicken wings (5 of the wings + 5 roots), cut twice on the back, blanch until broken, remove and drain for later use

7. Add all the seasonings (1/2 cup homemade roasted sweet pepper sauce, 1/2 cup ketchup, 2/3 teaspoon salt, 1/3 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon golden syrup, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, freshly ground coarse grains 1/8 teaspoon black pepper)

8. Some uncommon seasonings are photographed here, from left to right: golden syrup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder; golden syrup is the one I use to make mooncakes, because after the mooncakes are left, I use them for cooking. Yes, Worcestershire sauce is said to have the same taste as spicy soy sauce. If not, use soy sauce or oyster sauce instead.
