Guta Lao Tofu

Soak the old tofu in salt water for half an hour, and chop the green onions (to remove the flavor).

Fry the old tofu until golden on both sides.

Add appropriate amount of water, two spoons of sugar, appropriate amount of soy sauce, and simmer until the juice, chopped green onion, and oyster sauce are collected, and turn to the turntable.
