Guyuan Paste

Prepare jujube, walnuts, longan, wolfberry, black sesame and rock sugar.

Pour the soaked donkey-hide gelatin into a stainless steel pot, add rock sugar, and simmer.

During this period, constant stirring is required so that donkey-hide gelatin can completely blend with rice wine until the flag is hung.

Pour the ingredients into the pot in turn from the largest to the smallest. Stir each ingredient evenly before adding another ingredient

Then put it in a container covered with plastic wrap, flatten it with a rolling pin, and slice it after cooling.
