Gyudon ~ Beef Rice

Shred the onion. Thaw the beef slices. Beef slices used.

Stir-fry the onions in a frying pan.

It is best to fry until the onion is transparent and slightly browned.

Add mirin, oyster sauce and light soy sauce. Add one or two spoonfuls of water.

Make another pot and blanch the beef slices. It doesn't need to be too cooked, just remove the blood foam.

Jump out of the fat beef slices and put them in the onion pot.

Immediately collect the soup over high heat and leave a little juice, just sticky.

Put the rice on the bottom, put the beef onion on top and pour two or three spoons of soup. It is best to find this kind of bowl with a lid and let it sit for a minute.
9.
Open the lid in one minute and you can eat it.
Tips:
If the soup is too juicy, thicken it properly.
