Haggis with Milk Soup
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Cut radishes and carrots into slices, cut a part of green onions, partly chopped green onions, slice ginger, remove pitted hawthorn, and chop coriander.
I came back late yesterday and didn’t buy coriander, so today’s lambs don’t have this ingredient. Everyone needs to put coriander. I drank two bowls without coriander. If you put it, you will have at least three bowls, haha.
3.
Pour oil in a casserole, stir-fry green onion and ginger
4.
Add haggis and stir fry
5.
Pour in boiling water and skim the floating powder
6.
Add radish carrots
7.
Add milk and bring to a boil
8.
Add hawthorn, turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes
9.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle green onion and coriander
10.
The soup is creamy white, fresh and fragrant
11.
Put it in a bowl when you eat, add salt and pepper to your taste
12.
Normalized organic pure milk, a good partner for baby food supplement
Tips:
The haggis is cooked, so it doesn't take too long to make. If you don't add the radish, just boil it for a few minutes. Don't add seasoning to the pot, add it according to personal taste. Hawthorn is added to harmonize the taste and maintain health.
