Hakka (homemade) Pork with Pickled Vegetables
1.
This plum dish is called pickled vegetables in our Hakka family. It’s delicious.
2.
The pork belly was originally to be cut into pieces, and cut into strips. Cook the cut pork belly in a pot of cold water for 20 minutes
3.
After the cooked pork belly is placed in cold water, the pork belly will be fresher and smoother. Drain and cut into pieces.
4.
Drain the pork belly, add oil to the pan, deep fry the skin of the pork belly until golden brown, pick up
5.
Put the dark soy sauce in another pot, add a little water, add garlic, add a little salt, pour in the pork belly, boil it, this is to color the pork belly
6.
Drain the lustful pork belly, cut it about one centimeter and place it on a plate, with the skin facing down

Chopped plum vegetables
8.
Put the oil in the hot pan, pour in the plum and stir-fry for five minutes. Because the plum is soaking in water, I put the sauce of the pork belly that I just marinated, and then add a little salt
9.
Then put the fried plums directly into the pork belly on the plate, cover all the pork belly, pour some marinated meat juice, put it in the steamer, and steam for one hour
10.
After steaming, cover it with another plate, turn it over at the fastest speed, and open it. If the speed is slow, the soup will pour out

Here is another one, oily but not greasy!
