Hakka Special Fried Noodles

1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces, sauté in a pot and add some soy sauce, and cut the leek into sections.

2. Put the oil from the fried pork belly in the pan, spread the leeks, put the noodles in and simmer for a little while.
