Hakka Stuffed Tofu

First we chop the shiitake mushrooms. If the knife is not good, we use a food processor. Beat meat together.

Tofu together with tofu. Cut it into eight pieces with old tofu. The cut should be thicker and evenly cut to size.

Tips:
