Hakka Tofu
1.
Soak shiitake mushrooms in warm water and dice.
2.
Put the pork filling, diced mushrooms, chopped green onion and ginger, cooking wine, black pepper powder, sugar, light soy sauce, and salt together and mix well.
3.
Cut tofu into chunks (choose slightly firmer tofu, otherwise it's not easy to handle).
4.
First use a knife to scratch down the four sides, but pay attention to leave a certain distance at the bottom not to cut.
5.
First pick up the tofu on the top.
6.
Then use a small spoon to dig out the tofu inside, leaving a certain thickness at the bottom, otherwise it will break easily.
7.
Dispose of the tofu box in turn.
8.
Put the minced meat into the tofu box.
9.
Put a little oil in the pan to preheat, and then turn the side with the meat filling down, fry the golden brown and turn it over.
10.
Fry on both sides until golden.
11.
Pour the right amount of fuel oil into the pot with hot water and green onions, and boil until most of the water evaporates.
12.
Pour the starch into the pot with hot water and cook until thick.
13.
Finally, add a small amount of sesame oil to serve.
14.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, green onions and red peppers. Let's eat~
15.
Usually there will be more meat and tofu (including the tofu dug out from the tofu box), don’t waste it~
16.
Use a sieve to grind the tofu and minced meat together
17.
Stir well~
18.
Use a spoon to make rounds
19.
Fry in a non-stick pan until the surface is golden.
