Half-fried and Peeled Fish with Soy Sauce

The skinned fish should be handled by the seller. Add proper amount of oil in a non-stick pan, add the peeled fish and fry it golden on one side (you don’t need to turn it over)

Add minced ginger and sauté

Add soybean paste and appropriate amount of soy sauce
4.
Put in a bowl of water and simmer dry

Just add minced garlic when the juice is almost dry
