Half Slice Duck Stewed Vermicelli
1.
Prepare the ingredients, peel and wash the potatoes
2.
Chop half a slice of duck into pieces, soak in blood, wash and remove
3.
Add cold water to the pot, add duck pieces, boil the water on high heat, and skim any foam
4.
Take out the duck pieces to control the water
5.
Add vegetable oil to the pot, add red pepper, green onion, ginger, pepper, and star anise until fragrant
6.
Pour the duck pieces and stir-fry on high heat, add cooking wine to remove fishy, add soy sauce to improve color
7.
Add water that hasn't had the duck pieces
8.
Bring to a high heat and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat. Rinse the dried vermicelli under the tap and insert it into the stewed duck pot. Soon the vermicelli will become soft. Cut off the softened part and throw the remaining half directly into the pot.
9.
Add salt
10.
Use a knife to break large pieces of potatoes into the pot (or cut them directly into the pot)
11.
Then simmer until the potatoes are soft and rotten, add minced garlic to taste
