Ham and Cheese Tonkatsu

Prepare 1 piece of tenderloin, some cheese and a piece of ham or ham.

Remove the white meridian of the tenderloin, then cut into thin slices, the first slice is not cut, and the second slice is cut.

Cut all into two pieces of meat connected at the bottom. Use a rolling pin to lightly beat the meat slices.

Add a little salt, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil and chicken powder to the meat slices and marinate for ten minutes.

Take out a slice of marinated meat and open it, put a slice of cheese and a slice of ham, and then close the slice of meat.

Beat an egg, prepare a plate of starch and a plate of bread crumbs.

Take a piece of meat and wrap it with a layer of starch, then a layer of egg liquid and finally a layer of breadcrumbs. Wrap the breadcrumbs thickly and do not expose the meat.

Wrap them all in order.

Put more oil in the pot, and when the oil is 40-50% hot, add the meat slices and fry on low heat.

Slowly fry with low heat until golden on both sides and remove when the surface is hard and crisp. Use kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve with condensed milk or tomato sauce at the end.
