Ham and Egg Roast
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir well.
3.
Cut the ham into small cubes, the smaller the better; the shallots finely chop.
4.
Put the chopped green onion and diced ham into the egg liquid, stir well, add a little salt to adjust the saltiness, pay attention to the ham itself is salty, do not add too much salt, otherwise the saltiness of the egg liquid is just right. However, the fried egg burnt has diced ham, which will be very salty after each bite. It is recommended that you do not add salt if you put more diced ham.
5.
Preheat the baking pan under the electric baking pan, pour a small amount of oil, and spread evenly.
6.
Pour the egg liquid into the electric baking pan.
7.
If you like cheese, you can also put some cheese.
8.
Chop the cheese.
9.
When the eggs are fried to 7 or 8 mature, sprinkle in the shredded cheese.
10.
Fry for a while until the cheese melts.
11.
Boil the egg in an electric baking pan or spread it out on the panel, and roll it up from one side while it is hot, being careful not to burn it (here I roll it up with a shovel and chopsticks in one hand).
12.
After the roll is finished, cut into 5-7cm segments with a knife, and enjoy it on a plate, a delicious and rich breakfast.
Tips:
1. The amount of chopped green onion and diced ham should be controlled. If you put too much, the cake will be too thick and not easy to roll up.
2. Don't fry the egg for too long, otherwise the egg will become old and taste bad.
3.The amount of ham and salt must be controlled well.
