Ham and Melon Seeds

40g butter mixed with 120g flour, 10g sugar, 1g baking powder, 2g salt

Knead into coarse corn flour state, showing light yellow

Then add the chopped ham sausage and melon seeds

Add eggs, knead into a ball, set aside and let stand for a while

Place it on the panel and roll it into a large piece of about 1cm

Cut into small squares of 3cm square

Put it on top of the baking pan with some space between each other, and brush the egg liquid on the surface
8.
Fire up and down at 165 degrees, about 17 minutes
