Ham and Potato Braised Rice

Wash the right amount of rice

Cut an appropriate amount of ham and soak it in hot water for a while

Prepare the ingredients

Cut onion and ham into strips, slice carrots, and cut potatoes into cubes

Pour oil into the pan, add onion and stir-fry when the oil is hot, then add ham and stir-fry for a minute or two
Add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry for about a minute. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir-fry well (because the ham itself is full of salty taste, there is no need to add salt)

Finally, pour it into the rice cooker, close the lid, and press the standard to cook.
After the rice is cooked, mix well and let it simmer for a while.
