Ham and Potato Soup

Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into strips and cook them in a pot.

Put the cooked potatoes in the food processor and add a little water to beat them into mashed potatoes.
3.
Chop the onion and dice the ham.
4.
Put the oil in the wok, add the chopped onions into the fry.
5.
Add diced ham and fry a little.
6.
Add boiling water, put the mashed potatoes in, boil and pour in the adjusted water starch. Add salt and chicken essence to a boil. (You can add some fresh cream if you like)
