This pizza recipe has no oil in the dough, which is low-fat and sugar-free.

Ham and Shiitake Pizza

1. Mix high-gluten flour and yeast. Add salt.

2. Add warm water to the powder. Test the temperature with the back of your hand with warm water, and just don't burn it.

3. Use chopsticks to stir the powder until it is cotton-like.

4. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth. Put olive oil into the dough and continue to knead it into a smoother dough.

5. Proceed to fermentation. Leave the yeast to double its size, stick the dry powder with your hands and poke a hole in the middle of the dough without shrinking or collapse.

6. Brush the pizza pan with olive oil to prevent sticking.

7. The dough is divided into two and rounded. This is the serving size of two pizzas.

Tips:
