Ingredients

Ham and Tofu Soup

1. Prepare a box of tofu and ham, diced, green onion, ginger and coriander

2. Wipe the boxed tofu around and tear off the laminating film but cut off the chopping board, cut the four corners and lift the box up.

3. Cut the soft tofu horizontally and vertically into small cubes

4. Rinse in clean water and set aside

5. Take a little cornstarch and boil it with water

6. Saute the chives and ginger in oil, pour in water and cover the fire

7. After the water is boiled, pour into the tofu and cover the fire

8. Bring to the boil and add a little salt to taste

9. Slowly pour the cornstarch liquid and slide the pan with a spatula while pouring

10. Pour the diced ham

11. Sprinkle a little MSG on the diced ham after floating

Tips:
