Ham Broth Chicken

First wash several times with clean water to clean the sand inside, and then soak in water until soft

Wash the two chicken legs. They should have used whole chickens, but my baby doesn’t like chicken. If I cook too much, I am afraid that I can’t finish them. So I only used the chicken legs and cleaned the ham.

Cooking meat ingredients: ginger, dried ginger, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, tangerine peel, angelica

Boil the ham and chicken in cold water, then rinse off and set aside

Boil the ham slices and chicken drumsticks in water, put the cooking ingredients into the pot, put the small pieces in the seasoning box, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 30 minutes

Tips:
Wild fungi are not as clean as artificially cultivated ones. There will be sandy soil. So be sure to wash it several times. It is better to wash with rice water or a little flour, and then soak it in water. Can be used.
