Ham, Shiitake and Radish Soup

Prepare ingredients

Cross-cut shiitake mushrooms, sliced ginger

Pour a little oil into the pot, heat it to 80% heat, add the ginger slices and stir fry for a fragrance, pour in the ham slices and stir fry for half a minute

Tips:
Personally prefer the ham to be lighter, so you can blanch it first and then slice it for use.
