Ham Shortbread

Add boiling water to the flour, stir it into a flocculent shape, and let it cool.

Add a little bit of cold water, knead it into a soft dough, and leave it for half an hour.

Prepare the shortbread when making the noodles: Heat the soybean oil, pour it on the flour, and stir until it becomes a thin paste. Let it cool for later use.

Cut thin slices of ham into small cubes.

Roll out the dough into large slices.

Spread a layer of shortbread evenly and sprinkle a little salt.

Sprinkle with diced ham.

Roll up along one side, and stretch while curling.
