According to legend, during the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang led his troops to attack Nanban, and seven captured and seven barbarians, Meng Huo, made Meng Huo finally surrender. When Zhuge Liang's class returned to the court, he had to pass through Lushui on the way. When the army carts and horses were preparing to cross the river, there was a sudden violent wind, the waves hit a thousand feet, the ghosts cried and screamed, and the army was unable to cross the river. At this time Zhuge Liang summoned Meng Huo to ask why. It turned out that the two armies fought, and the soldiers were unable to return to their hometowns to reunite with their families, so they made waves on the river to prevent the soldiers from returning. If the army wants to cross the river, it must sacrifice the river with 49 heads of the barbaric army before it can be calm. Zhuge Liang thought to himself: Deaths and injuries are inevitable in the fighting between the two armies. How can they kill 49 more lives? When he thought of this, he made a living, and ordered the cook to use the rice noodles as the skin and wrap the meat of black cattle and white sheep to shape 49 human heads. Then, set up an incense table and sprinkle wine to sacrifice to the river. Since then, there has been a "bun" in the folk, and Zhuge Liang has also been revered as the ancestor of the dough sculptor. Lang Ying of the Ming Dynasty recorded in his note "Seven Revised Class Drafts": "Mantou, whose original name is Mantou, used human heads to sacrifice to the gods. Zhuge's conquest of Menghuo was ordered to use bread and meat as human heads to sacrifice, which is called'mantou'. It is also a steamed bun." The steamed buns created by Zhuge Liang, after all, are filled with beef and mutton stuffing, which is complicated and costly. As a result, later generations omitted the stuffing process and became the current steamed buns. The stuffed stuffed stuffed buns. Nirvana has many folds like flowers, so it's called "Huajuan".
