Hanami Bread

Dry the grapes and drain them for later use.

Put pure water, corn oil and sugar into the bread bucket; put flour and yeast powder. Start the dough-making program. Mix the noodles for about 30 minutes.

Reunite the dough and ferment it once.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it to exhaust.

Roll the dough into slices

Add the washed raisins. Roll it up.

Cut evenly.

Take a piece and stretch it out.

Twist, pinch both ends, and serve as a green body

Put the green body into the baking tray and cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation.

Fermented to 2 times the size.

The oven is 180 degrees. Bake the middle and lower layer for 15 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and let cool before serving.
