Hand Cake

Take a pound of flour, boil the noodles with seven or two-use boiling water, and mix the noodles with cold water in three and two

Finally, knead the two kinds of noodles together and wake up for about five minutes

Chopped green onion, add salt, spicy seasoning (you can add thirteen incense if you don’t have spicy seasoning, but the thirteen incense can be reduced) I use the time to make the noodles.

Add a couple of flax oil, then add a little more of flour, and make it into a shortbread (the thinness of the shortbread can be controlled by yourself)

Knead the dough into a smooth dough again and let it stand for five minutes

Divide the noodles into small pieces

Roll into thin slices

Touch the shortbread and fold it up (pictured)

Roll it up like this again!
10.
Press flat and roll into a round cake

Pour the oil after the pan is heated
12.
When it's golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side! (The cake is thin and well cooked)

The cake is out of the pan

Gently pinch with your hand, that's it 😄
