Hand-caught Shrimp

Cut off all the shrimps (nothing is fine if you don’t, depending on your personal circumstances)

Marinate shrimp with cooking wine for about 5 minutes

1. Cut the garlic, cut half of the garlic, the main flavor of this dish is garlic; 2. Cut the shallots into small pieces.

Turn on high heat, pour oil in the pan, wait until the oil is warm, add the marinated shrimp and stir fry for 30 seconds, add the chopped garlic, turn to medium heat and stir fry; 2.3 minutes later, the shrimp shells are already a bit crispy. Soy sauce, a little salt, and stir-fry for 1 minute; 3.1 minutes later, add the green onion, black pepper, and chicken essence and stir-fry.

1. Put it out of the pot and put it on a plate, sprinkle the scallion on top of the shrimp to enhance the color, and serve with a bowl of vinegar
Tips:
1. Cut the garlic, just use a knife to peel off the garlic, so you don't need to peel the garlic slowly; 2. Do not put water in this dish, otherwise it will affect the taste of the shrimp;
