Hand Pinch Noodles

Put the noodles in a basin, pour boiling water, and stir while stirring. Don't pour all the water in at once, because the noodles vary in dryness and wetness, so you have to add or subtract water depending on the situation.

Knead the noodles for a longer time to make more chewy, knead it to the left and you can start to do it.

Take the 2cm-long noodles with the fingertips and divide them into two to start pinching the noodles.

Dice potatoes, day lily, lamb onion and ginger

Stir-fry all the ingredients as in other cooking procedures, add water and simmer until it is ripe.

Put the noodles in a pot and steam for 4-5 minutes. Can be out of the pot

Tear the noodles out of the pot, pour the stewed noodles and add some coriander, and a plate of delicious noodles is ready to serve.
