Hand Rolled Longevity Noodles

Beat the eggs into the flour and add a little salt.

Mix the flour into a light dough and wake up for an hour.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

After rolling the dough into thin slices, dipped in dry flour and fold a few layers on both sides.

Cut into thin noodles with a knife.

Put dry flour in a bowl and shake the noodles.
7.
Put the shaken noodles on a plate for later use.

Boil water in a pot, add salt and peanut oil to adjust the flavor. Add the marinated chicken gizzards and noodles.
9.
Cover the pot and cook for three minutes.
10.
Put the chicken legs and wings on the longevity noodles in a bowl.
