Hand-rolled Noodles with Garlic Soy Sauce and Green Sauce

Take 4 packets of green barley juice, 12 grams.

Rinse with water and mix thoroughly.

Spread out the flour, add the green juice water in three times and stir well, if not enough, add a little cold water and knead to make a smooth paste.

After finishing, roll it out, sprinkle it on the face, fold it and cut it into strips.

Don't cut the noodles too thin.

Cut the shallots, garlic and ginger into cubes. (Cut garlic first, let cool for 10 minutes)

Bowl juice: Add soy sauce, light soy sauce, chicken powder and mix thoroughly.

Start the pan: Add oil to heat, add ginger and shallots, stir and stir well.

Add garlic and stir-fry until golden brown.

Add a bowl of juice and pepper to a boil.

Pour out the fried seasoning and sprinkle with green onions.

Wash the rapeseed and cut it into shreds. After the noodles are boiled, blanch them and place them on the plate.

Tips:
After adding the green juice powder to the water, be sure to stir it well before using it for kneading. We didn't add salt to the taste, and those with heavy taste should add a little salt.
