Hand-rolled Noodles with Miscellaneous Grains

Mix the flour and multi-grain noodles into an egg.

Add a pinch of salt.

Add an appropriate amount of water and knead into a firmer dough.

Cover with wet dragon cloth and wake up for 10 minutes.

Take it out and knead until it is three-light, so that the dough is kneaded.

Sprinkle some thin noodles on the dough and roll the dough into round pieces with a rolling pin.

Roll the dough onto the rolling pin from the end of the dough.

Roll the dough to thin the dough (change the direction constantly during the period, and sprinkle some flour to prevent adhesion).

Roll to the thickness you are satisfied with.

Fold the rolled dough into several layers, and sprinkle some flour on each layer to prevent sticking.

Use a knife to cut to the desired width.

Sprinkle some flour on it.
14.
Shake it with your hands and roll the noodles with your hands.
15.
Roll the noodles by hand.
Tips:
While rolling the dough, keep changing the direction and sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking.
