Handmade Almond Butter-raisin Roll Cake
1.
Weigh all the ingredients and separate the eggs.
2.
First make almond paste. Put the almonds in a blender and beat for 30 seconds. At this time, the almonds are beaten into powder. Use a spoon to gently stir and add a little salt
3.
Continue to stir for 3-4 minutes (after 2 minutes, the fat in the almonds will gradually seep out) until it becomes a paste and the almond paste is ready. Set aside for later use.
4.
Put egg yolk, water, salt, milk powder, sugar in a bowl and mix well.
5.
The egg whites can be sent until you see obvious lines and look shiny.
6.
First add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture, stir evenly, then add the remaining egg whites, and stir evenly.
7.
Pour the flour into the beaten egg mixture. Add 1/2 first, then add the remaining 1/2 of the flour for easy mixing.
8.
After stirring, pour the cake batter into the baking pan and sprinkle with raisins soaked in water.
9.
Oven 180 degrees, lower level, upper and lower fire, 10 minutes.
10.
Turn it over and brush with almond paste mixed with pure milk. (It's better to mix it wet a little!)
11.
Roll it up with oil paper and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes
Tips:
Friends who like to eat almonds can try it, or put peanut butter, blueberry sauce or cream, depending on personal taste!
