Handmade Dumplings with Fungus, Shiitake and Shepherd's Purse

Add ginger, spring onion, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, eggs, and sugar to the minced meat and stir in one direction.

Wash the shepherd's purse after washing and boiling, add oil and then add chopped shiitake mushrooms and fungus.
