Handmade Fish Ball Soup

Prepare the fish fillets (because some supermarkets buy processed fish fillets, they did not buy whole fresh fish)

Cut the fish fillets horizontally, cut into long strips, and then cut the long strips short, about 6 or 7 cm

Put in a bowl, add a little light soy sauce (not too much, just a little is enough), two teaspoons of salt, an appropriate amount of cooking wine, and then pinch the fish sticks and give it a thorough "massage" for five minutes
