Handmade Jelly

Take an appropriate amount of sweet potato starch and add water to soak it thoroughly. I use a small bowl to get the starch, a small bowl.

Sieve the soaked starch. Pour out the excess water before sieving. Stir the sieved starch water into a thick paste.

Boil water in a pot, the amount of water is also estimated, it looks like a bowl of 200 grams.

After the water is boiled, pour in the starch paste and stir while pouring.

Heat on a low heat and stir while heating.

Change the knife into a block and put it in a bowl. Take a small bowl and mix with garlic, chili oil, light soy sauce, sesame oil, vinaigrette and sugar to make a juice.

Use Nepeta as a side dish.

Tips:
1. It is not accurate to how many grams of powder and how many grams of water. Generally speaking, it can be operated. As long as it is not too thin, it can basically be made, but the taste of jelly will be different.
2. The seasoning can be adjusted by yourself, as you like. Actually, I like a lot of chili. In order to take care of everyone's taste, I reduced it.
