Handmade Oatmeal Chicken Drumsticks

The chicken thighs bought in the market are boneless, leaving only the whole piece of chicken thighs. Because the chicken skin was too oily, I also removed the chicken skin.

Pour in the dark soy sauce, oil consumption, salt, and sugar, stir well, put it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4 hours, and it will taste delicious. I marinated it the night before.

Combine high-gluten flour, yeast, vegetable oil, preferably corn oil, or oil with no larger flavor. Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar, and add water to mix the noodles. The specific portion depends on the burger you want to make.

It’s time to test the strength of the reconciled dough. Knead the dough vigorously until it reaches the expansion stage and the dough can be stretched to form a thin film.
