The delaminated vermicelli is put in the ice water prepared in advance to make the taste more elastic, and then you can roll it up and put it away.

This is the prepared vermicelli. When it is cold, you want to eat thick or thin and cut it according to your own taste. My family prefers fine, I cut it finely, and it will be more delicious when fried.
