Handmade Yogurt for All Ages!

Step 1: Prepare all the materials and sterilize the yogurt fermentation cup with boiling water;

Step 2: Add 300ml of cold white boil, the whole bag of yogurt powder, and 7 tablespoons of white sugar into the yogurt cup.

Step 3: Cover the lid and shake vigorously until no particles are dissolved, then add water to 500ml and shake well;

Step 4: Pour boiling water into the yogurt maker to the top of the inner tray;

Step 5: Put the yogurt cup into the yogurt machine, close the lid, and let it stand;

Step 6: Wait for 8-12 hours for fermentation until it is in a solidified state;

The prepared yogurt can be stored in the refrigerator for better taste. When tasting, you can add your favorite fruits, nuts, biscuits, oatmeal, etc.

Note: 1. It is better to make it at night, and it can be eaten directly the next morning
2. Diabetic patients at home can add sugar substitutes or no sugar
