Two tender lotus roots

Toon Bud 80g

Lotus root peeled and sliced

Blanch the lotus root slices and toon buds with water
5.
Add seasonings, mix well and serve
Tips:
Toon sprouts must be blanched for a better taste. The lotus root slices have to be cooked and cooled before mixing to make them more crispy!
