Happy Delicacy: Lotus Root Slices Mixed with Chrysanthemum Buds

1. Two tender lotus roots

2. Toon Bud 80g

3. Lotus root peeled and sliced

4. Blanch the lotus root slices and toon buds with water

5. Add seasonings, mix well and serve

Tips:

Toon sprouts must be blanched for a better taste. The lotus root slices have to be cooked and cooled before mixing to make them more crispy!
