Hawthorn Duck

Wash the duck meat with water;

Wash the hawthorn, cumin, star anise, and cinnamon, and put it in a soup bag;

Heat a pan with cold oil, add garlic and ginger slices and saute until fragrant;

Pour in duck meat, mix in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and fry until evenly colored;

Pour the fried duck meat into the rice cooker, put it into the ingredient bag, add water, and simmer for 50 minutes;
6.
Take out the ingredient bag, switch to a casserole, add salt, and simmer for 15 minutes.
