Hawthorn Fry

Soak the fungus in advance and wash, the fresh lotus root in the bag is washed repeatedly and then cut into thin slices, the snow peas are washed, and the carrots are peeled and sliced.

Place the water in a pot to boil, add the fungus and lotus root slices, blanch for about 2 minutes, remove and set aside.

Re-boil the water, add some oil and salt after the water is boiled, add snow peas and carrots, and blanch the water for no more than one minute.

Take out the cold water.

Fill the pot with oil and heat, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add lotus root slices and fungus, stir fry for a while.

Add snow peas and carrots, stir fry over high heat.

Add chicken powder and stir well.
9.
Season with salt.

Stir-fry well.

Lightly fried, nutritious and refreshing.
