Hawthorn Fry

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Slice the lotus root and carrot, and cut the green pepper into diamond-shaped pieces.

3. Cut garlic and ginger into slices.

4. Put water in the pot and fry, add lotus root, carrots, and fungus in turn, blanch until boiling and remove.

Tips:
