Head Bean Soup

Cut the grass carp head into pieces, and cut the tofu into cubes.

Beat the eggs evenly.

Heat oil in a pan, add the fish head and fry until golden brown.

Pour in the water and add the shredded ginger. When the water is boiled, cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Add the tofu and cook for about ten minutes while removing the foam.
6.
Add eggs and cook for about 5 minutes.
7.
Add chopped green onion and salt at the same time.
Tips:
The fish head must be fried before it becomes milky white easily.
