Health Pot Tea Eggs

Wash the eggs and place to room temperature. Prepare other materials

Add appropriate amount of water to the health pot, put black tea, rock sugar, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and select the boiling water program

After the tea leaves are brewed, add a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to mix the colors evenly

Add eggs and re-select the boiling water program

At about 7 or 8 minutes, remove the half-boiled egg, break the shell with a small spoon, and put it back in the soup until the boiling water process is completed, and then soak for a while.
Tips:
1. Extend the soaking time to make the tea eggs more delicious. But the weather is hot, it is best to soak the soup overnight in the refrigerator freezer.
2. Do not put the eggs taken out from the refrigerator compartment directly into boiling water, as the egg shells will explode.
