Healthy Black Rice Porridge

Soak black rice, glutinous rice, black beans, peanuts, barley, rice beans, red beans, mung beans, millet, and white fungus overnight.

Wash the red dates and remove the pits.

Put the ingredients into the pot and add a proper amount of water (personally think the thicker is delicious)
4.
Boil for one hour, add rock sugar, and cook for another half an hour.
Tips:
1. The pot for making porridge can be a boiling pot or a casserole.
2. The boiled ingredients can be placed at home, as well as corn dregs, black sesame seeds, eyebrow peas and so on.
