Healthy Breakfast-fried Cod

Ingredients:
Three slices of cod, five cloves of garlic, a little butter, a little salt, a little black pepper, and a little hoisin sauce.

The defrosted cod is unpacked and used kitchen paper to absorb the excess water. The defrosted cod has a higher water content. If it is not dried, it is easy to get water out of the taste.

Slice garlic cloves, put butter in a frying pan, add garlic slices, and fry on low heat until browned.

Take out all the garlic slices and don't use it, just use the buttered cod with fried garlic slices.

Put the cod in the pan and fry on both sides, about three to four minutes before being out of the pan. If the cod is larger and thicker, extend the time appropriately.
