My husband and I are very fond of potato pancakes, so we always make some potato-related dishes every week. Tonight, after dinner, take advantage of free time. I also started to bake potato pancakes, as tomorrow morning~"

Healthy Breakfast--potato Cakes

1. First peel the potatoes and cut them into strips (I think the cut grains are more like M Kee potato cakes) and soak them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. After draining the water, sprinkle with salt and set aside (I personally like it to be saltier, so I put 4 tablespoons of salt) and chop the onion.

2. After the eggs are evenly stirred, pour in the flour and water. It's better to use two eggs, because I didn't buy it at home, only one, and I will use it. Okay.

3. Pour the batter into a plate with onions and potato chips.

4. Heat a small pan and add peanut oil (add more oil, flour is very oil-absorbing) and turn it over a few times so that it won’t burn.

5. The prepared potato pancakes can be eaten with ketchup or just like this.
