Healthy Spare Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs and put them in the pot, add two slices of ginger, and bring to a boil.

When cooking the ribs, prepare the side dishes and set aside.

After the ribs are boiled, remove the foam, cover the pot and simmer for half an hour, add carrots and yam, add bitter gourd in another half an hour, and simmer for another 20 to 30 minutes. Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
